How often do you restock?
This is different for every item. Since we do not manufacture our own products, restocking depends on the availability of our Suppliers. If you would like to know whether a specific item will be restocked or not, feel free to send us a message.

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
All sales are final, so please double check your orders before checking out 

How do I check the delivery status of my order?
Tracking information will be sent to your email once we shipped your parcel. 

Why is my order taking so long to reach me?
Please expect delays as parcel delivery schedules are not guaranteed due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Also please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the COVID 19 pandemic, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
